11xPlay Dashboard · Account Summary
Sample layout of the four figures the 11xPlay dashboard prints at the top of your account summary. Your own numbers appear once you sign in with the username the desk issued.
Open My 11xPlay Dashboard11xPlay Dashboard — the Official Screen Holding Your Live Balance, Exposure and Every Settled Bet
Username in, password in, screen changes. What loads next is the 11xPlay dashboard, and this page walks you round it in the order you will actually need things: balance first, exposure beside it, open bets under that, statement one tap away. One point to clear before anything else, because a lot of people arrive here from a pro search: the 11xplay.pro address and the main address open the same 11xPlay dashboard against the same username, the same balance and the same history. Nothing forks. If it is the address itself you were chasing, that sits on the 11xPlay Pro address page instead of here.
11xPlay Dashboard Areas — Where Every Number Actually Sits
The 11xPlay dashboard is laid out top to bottom, not behind a menu tree. Whatever you need is either on the first screen or one tap from it.
Top strip carries the money. Available balance sits on the left of that strip and it is the figure that matters most, because it is what you can still stake or still withdraw. Right beside it, exposure. That second number confuses more first-time 11xPlay users than anything else on the screen, so here it is plainly: exposure is money already committed to bets that have not settled yet. It has left your available balance but it has not left your account. When those markets settle, the exposure figure drops back to zero and your available balance moves up or down by whatever the result was.
Under the money strip runs the open bets list. Each line shows the market, the side you took, the price and your stake, with a running clock next to anything live. Three open bets on an IPL evening is normal. Twelve is a busy night, and the 11xPlay list stays scrollable either way.
Then the statement. That is the full ledger, every credit and debit against your username since the day the 11xPlay desk opened it, and it is the screen you go to when a number does not look right. Deposit and withdrawal both start from their own request buttons rather than from the statement itself, which is a distinction worth holding onto, because people go looking for the deposit form inside the ledger and cannot find it.
Profile is last, tucked under your username at the top corner. Small screen, few settings, mostly a password field.
- Available balance
- What you can stake or withdraw right now on 11xPlay. Updates within seconds of a bet being placed or settled.
- Exposure
- Money locked against bets that are still running. Not spent, not spendable, and it returns to the balance line at settlement.
- Open bets
- Every unsettled 11xPlay position with market, side, price and stake. The place to check before you add a fourth bet to the same match.
- Statement
- The full ledger of credits and debits against your 11xPlay username, newest entry at the top, filterable by date.
- Deposit request
- Where a UPI payment from ₹200 upward is declared, with the reference number attached for the desk to match against.
- Withdrawal request
- Where a payout of ₹500 or more is raised against the bank account your deposits came from.
- Bet history
- Settled 11xPlay positions with the outcome and the amount, kept separate from the open bets list so the two do not blur.
- Profile
- Username, registered number, password change and your default stake buttons. Nothing else lives in there.
How to Read the 11xPlay Dashboard Statement, Column by Column
Almost every question the desk gets about the 11xPlay dashboard is really a statement question. Somebody deposited ₹1,000, the balance says something else, and the ledger is where the answer is sitting in plain sight.
Read it as a bank passbook, because that is what it is. Newest row on top. Each row is one event: a deposit landing, a bet being struck, a market settling, a payout leaving. The running balance column on the right is the account total after that row happened, which means you can put your finger on the exact line where the number stopped matching what you expected.
| Column | What it holds | How to read it |
|---|---|---|
| Date and time | When the entry posted, to the minute | Match it against your UPI app timestamp when a deposit looks missing |
| Description | Market name, or the words deposit and withdrawal | Your quickest filter — scan this column, ignore the rest |
| Credit | Money added: deposits, winnings, returned stakes | A settlement that went your way shows here, stake included |
| Debit | Money taken: stakes struck, losses, payouts sent | Placing a bet debits at once; that is the exposure moving |
| Balance | Your 11xPlay account total after that row | The audit trail. Follow it down until it stops making sense |
| Remark | Desk notes: void, cancelled, bonus credit, reversal | Blank on ordinary rows, so a filled remark is worth reading |
One thing that trips people on 11xPlay: a winning bet does not post as a single tidy profit line. The stake was debited when you placed it, so the settlement credits the stake back plus the winnings as one figure. Take ₹1,000 at 1.82 on Mumbai. The debit row shows ₹1,000 when the bet strikes; the credit row shows ₹1,820 when it settles. Your net gain is ₹820, but no row anywhere on the 11xPlay statement says ₹820. Nothing is missing. Its just two halves of the same bet, recorded when each half happened.
Finding an Old 11xPlay Settlement Without Scrolling for Ten Minutes
Say a settlement from last Tuesday looks wrong and you want to check it. Do not scroll.
The 11xPlay statement takes a date range, and narrowing it to that one day cuts a fortnight of rows down to maybe fifteen. Set both ends of the range to the same date. Then read the description column only, top to bottom, until you find the match name. Everything you need is on that row and the row below it: the debit when the bet struck, the credit when it settled.
If you are checking a deposit rather than a bet, work from the other direction. Open your UPI app first, note the exact minute the transfer left, then open the 11xPlay statement filtered to that day and look for a credit within about six minutes of it. Deposits credit two to six minutes after the reference reaches the desk, so the row will be close to your transfer time, not hours away from it.
What if there is no row at all? Then the reference never reached anybody, and no amount of refreshing the 11xPlay dashboard will conjure it. Send the reference number to the desk on the same chat you opened the ID from and it gets matched by hand, usually inside a few minutes.
Screenshot the statement rows before you message the 11xPlay desk about a settlement. A picture of the ledger with the date and running balance visible saves a whole round of questions, and the desk can act on it straight away instead of asking you to describe the row.
Bet history is the other route in. Where the statement mixes deposits, stakes and payouts together, 11xPlay bet history shows only positions with thier outcomes attached, which is faster when what you want is the result rather than the money movement. Both screens draw on the same underlying record, so they never disagree.
Raising an Instant 11xPlay Deposit Request From the Dashboard
Deposits start from the deposit button on the 11xPlay dashboard, never from the statement. Tap it and you get a UPI handle and an amount field. That is the entire form.
The minimum is ₹200 and PhonePe, Google Pay and Paytm all work against the same handle. Net banking and IMPS are accepted too, though the desk asks for a larger first transfer on those routes before it treats them as a normal channel for your account. Push the money from your own app, copy the reference number the app gives you, and paste it into the request. Two to six minutes later the 11xPlay balance moves.
Order matters here more than people expect. Transfer first, reference second. A deposit request raised with no reference against it sits in the queue with nothing for the desk to match, and that is where the ten-minute waits come from, not from the transfer speed itself.
Watch the balance line rather than the request screen while you wait. The 11xPlay dashboard updates the available balance the moment the desk confirms, and it does that without you refreshing anything. If the figure has not moved after about ten minutes on a normal evening, send the reference to the desk on +91 81097 11726 with your username in the same message. Toss time before a big IPL game is the exception; the queue is genuinely longer then.
Bonus credit, when the desk applies it, lands as its own row with a remark against it. Ask for any offer before you send the transfer. Applied afterwards, it usually cannot be backdated onto a deposit that has already cleared.
11xPlay Withdrawal Requests — Where They Start and When the Money Clears
Withdrawal has its own button on the 11xPlay dashboard, sitting next to deposit. Same idea, different direction, and one extra rule.
The rule is the bank account. Money leaving 11xPlay goes back to the account your deposits came from, and the request screen already knows which one that is. This is the single biggest cause of a slow payout: a request aimed at a different account has to be checked by a person, and that check is what adds the hours. Keep one account and one number against the ID and withdrawals stay dull, which is what you want them to be.
Minimum out is ₹500. Type the amount, confirm, and the request goes into the queue with a timestamp on it. Twelve to forty-five minutes is the honest range for most nights on 11xPlay. The final evening of a big tournament is the one that stretches, occassionally to two hours, because everybody who has been running a balance all season decides to clear it at once. No charge is taken by the desk at either end.
Check your exposure before you raise the request. If ₹2,150 is locked against three open bets, that money is not available to withdraw no matter what the total looks like, and the 11xPlay dashboard will hold the request to your available figure rather than your gross one. Nothing is wrong when that happens. Wait for the markets to settle and the amount frees itself.
Once the request shows as accepted, it appears as a debit row on the statement with the time stamped against it. That row is your receipt.
The 11xPlay Profile Screen and the Few Things Worth Changing There
Profile is deliberately thin on 11xPlay. There is no bio, no avatar, no preferences page to work through before the markets open, which is why the whole account can exist as one username and one password.
What it does hold: your 11xPlay username, which cannot be changed once the desk has issued it; the mobile number the ID is registered against; a password change field; and your default stake buttons, the quick amounts that appear on the bet slip.
Change the password the first time you land here. The starter password came from the desk and the desk still knows it, so replacing it is the one genuinely useful thing on the screen. Username rules, for reference, are four to twelve letters, no spaces, and case does not matter at sign-in.
The stake buttons are worth thirty seconds of your time too. Whatever the defaults are, they will not be the amounts you actually bet, and changing them to your own three or four figures removes a lot of typing on a night when the price is moving. Small thing. It adds up over an innings.
The registered number on your 11xPlay profile should match the number you message the desk from. When those two drift apart, every request you raise takes an extra confirmation step, and nobody remembers why until they check the profile screen.
11xPlay Dashboard Vocabulary: Six Words That Make the Screen Obvious
Six words carry most of the confusion. Once these land, the whole 11xPlay dashboard reads faster.
- Available balance — the spendable figure. Stake it, or withdraw it. Everything else on the 11xPlay dashboard is a description of where the rest of your money currently is.
- Exposure — committed to unsettled bets and temporarily out of reach. Rises when you place, falls to nothing when markets settle. Not a fee, not a hold charge, and it is never taken by 11xPlay.
- Settled — the market has a result and the money has moved. A settled 11xPlay bet leaves the open list and appears in the statement as a credit or a debit.
- Void — the market was cancelled, usually an abandoned match. Your stake returns in full and the 11xPlay statement carries a remark on that row so you can tell it apart from a loss.
- Unmatched — you offered a price nobody took. Because 11xPlay runs a two-sided book, an offer at your own price only stands if somebody accepts it, and until then it holds exposure without being a live bet.
- Running balance — the right-hand statement column, showing the account total after each row. The one number that lets you audit a whole week of 11xPlay activity in about a minute.
Learn those and the rest of the 11xPlay dashboard is just labels and buttons. Genuinely. The screen is not complicated; the vocabulary is the only part that needs a moment.
Everything on the 11xPlay Dashboard, on One Card
The screen after sign-in, in short
- Available balance and exposure sit together in the top strip of the 11xPlay dashboard. Balance is spendable, exposure is committed to bets still running.
- Open bets list every unsettled position with market, side, price and stake, with live fixtures carrying a clock.
- The statement is the full ledger against your 11xPlay username, newest first, filterable to a single date when you are hunting one settlement.
- Statement columns run date, description, credit, debit, running balance and remark. Scan the description column first.
- Deposits are raised from their own button: ₹200 minimum over UPI, credited two to six minutes after the reference reaches the desk.
- Withdrawals are raised the same way: ₹500 minimum, back to the deposit account, typically cleared in 12 to 45 minutes.
- Profile holds the username, the registered number, the password field and the default stake buttons. Nothing else.
- The 11xplay.pro address and the main address load this same dashboard against the same 11xPlay username and balance.
Most people who search for the 11xPlay dashboard are not looking for a tour. They are in front of the screen with one question: why is the balance lower than expected, or where did that settlement go. Those answers sit above with the real figures attached, and the desk on +91 81097 11726 handles whatever the ledger cannot explain.
